What kind of test is a climatics test? Well the most common would be temperature testing, but a more complete list would look like this:
High Temperature
Low Temperature
Temperature Shock
Humidity – Condensing and non-condensing
Altitude
Temperature/Altitude
Rapid Decompression/Explosive Decomp
Combined Environments
Solar Radiation – actinic and thermal effects
Salt Fog
Sand & Dust
Rain
Immersion
Explosive Atmosphere
Icing
Fungus
Acceleration
Space Simulation
Exotics
Wind blast
Launch tube

I wish to understand following Test:-
1.what is the Actinic and thermal effects of Solar radiations and how they simulate.
2.what is the procedure/method to test for explosive atmosphere, what equipment to be used for this type of simulation.
3.also please explain exotic, hail icing and fungus simulaitons.
