CRE Exam Preparation
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of this course is to prepare students to take and pass the ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer Exam. This course is timed to coincide with the exam offering – both are given twice a year, the spring and the fall. This course is also an excellent all-around reliability course, and many students take for the sole purpose of getting a more well-rounded reliability education.
The IEEE Reliability Society has entered into an agreement with the ASQ Reliability Division to jointly sponsor the CRE exam. The new certification, to be called the ASQ/IEEE CRE will be a collaborative effort of both societies. They are currently working together to develop and maintain the CRE Body of Knowledge (BOK) as well as the exam questions. Below is the BOK as it stands today.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Ops A La Carte has offered this Exam Preparation Course for several years. Students have found it very valuable in preparing for the exam.
The success rate in passing is several times higher for students that have taken the course compared to those that have not!
Even if you are not planning on taking the exam but need a good, in-depth course in reliability, this can benefit you substantially.
